Massage Therapy
A Remedial Massage is for times of; muscle pain and injury, chronic and acute pain, reduced mobility, inflammation, muscle dysfunction, neurological pain and pain caused by poor posture or repetitive movements.
Remedial Massage is a form of treatment designed to accommodate the specific needs of the client. This can include the location and history of the injury and the mechanism or cause of the injury.
A Remedial Massage can incorporate a variety of advanced techniques and modalities that will be incorporated to alleviate the symptoms of the injury, increase the range of motion (ROM) of the impacted areas, reduce the pain and discomfort of the injury, and increase the speed at which the injury will heal.
These modalities can include:
